Warranty and Guarantee Information

All products purchased from www.igeneration.co.nz include a Full 30 day warranty* and upto 24 months warranty on some products (warranty period is min amount unless specified on the indivdual product.  The warranty is a manufactures warranty which applies to manufacturing defects only.  Does not apply to defects resulting from improper or inadequate installation, wear & tear from everyday usage, use or maintenance; actions or modifications by unauthorised third parties or the customer; or accidental or willful damage. iGeneration Limited accepts no liability for manufacturers' terms and conditions, warranties, or imposed conditions that a manufacturer may request with a given warranty.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
